Crews begin construction preparations for Missouri River Bridge project near Rocheport

ROCHEPORT, Mo. (KMIZ)

One lane of eastbound Interstate 70 will be closed just west of the Missouri River Bridge in Rocheport.

This is due to roadside work in advance of the bridge replacement project.

Groundbreaking on the new construction began on Oct. 12 with state officials in attendance for the new bridge.

Officials say to expect delays.
