Holts Summit Police say no foul play suspected after body found on Highway 54
HOLTS SUMMIT, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Holts Summit Police Department is investigating a death on Highway 54 between the Simon Boulevard and Center Street overpasses, according to a social media post from the city.
The post stated the driving lane of Highway 54 heading towards Jefferson City was shut down while officers investigated.
A city spokesperson told ABC 17 News that no foul play is expected, and police are not looking for any suspects.
The incident happened at 4:24 a.m., according to the spokesperson. The road was closed until 6:42 a.m.
