RECALL ROUNDUP: Face moisturizer, bacon popcorn seasoning and Honda vehicles
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
First Aid Beauty face moisturizer
First Aid Beauty has recalled nearly 2,800 jars of its Ultra Repair Cream in coconut vanilla.
The company says the jars were supposed to be quarantined but instead were sold on its website Firstaidbeauty.com.
The jars were not meant for market sale, the company said in a statement.
There is nothing wrong with the moisturizer but the product does not comply with the company's good manufacturing practice.
The moisturizer was sold only online and has an expiration date of April 10 and 11, 2026.
Those who bought this product should throw it away or contact the company.
No other First Aid Beauty products are affected.
Rural King and Wabash Valley Farms bacon popcorn seasoning
Jars of bacon-flavored popcorn seasoning made by Rural King and Wabash Valley Farms have been recalled.
The Food and Drug Administration has recalled the product because it may contain undeclared soy.
The seasoning was sold at retail stores nationwide in 4.2-oz. jars along with 1-oz. sample gift packets.
The 4.2-oz. jars have lot numbers:
- 17324s
- 27824s
- 30324s
The 1-oz. sample gift packets have lot numbers:
- 6524SP
- 16624SP
- 23424SP
- 26324SP
- 26424SP
- 26724SP
- 20624S
- 20724S
No illnesses linked to the recall have been reported.
The FDA says those who bought the recalled seasoning should return it.
Honda vehicles
Honda has recalled over 259,000 vehicles.
The automaker says a software issue in the fuel injection system could cause a vehicle to stall or lose power, risk could increase the risk of a crash.
The recall impacts:
- 2023-2025 Honda Pilot SUVs
- 2022-2025 Acura MDX SUVs
- 2021-2025 Acura TLX sedans
Affected owners will be notified by mail in March and dealers will update the software for free, according to Honda.
