Extra locations available for no-excuse absentee voting in Boone County on Saturday
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Boone County Clerk's Office will have two locations on Saturday for voters to cast their no-excuse absentee ballot ahead of election day.
The Southern Boone Middle School cafeteria in Ashland and Impact Support Services in Centralia will be open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. today for no-excuse absentee voting.
No-excuse absentee voting will continue to be held between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. through Monday at the Boone County Government Center until election day. However, no additional locations will be open after today.
No-excuse absentee voting began on Oct. 22 and nearly 20,000 people in Boone County have voted in the Nov. 5 election through in-person, no-excuse absentee voting, according to a social media post from the Boone County Clerk.

People who choose to vote need to bring a valid photo ID. Acceptable forms include:
- Missouri driver's license
- Missouri nondriver license
- Passport
- Military ID
On election day Tuesday, Boone County will have four locations open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Columbia for voters to cast their ballots:
- Boone County Government Center
- Memorial Union, Second Floor North
- Friendship Baptist Church
- Woodcrest Chapel
