Two women seriously injured after golf cart crash in Camden County Saturday night

CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Two women were taken to Lake Regional Hospital with serious injuries after a golf cart crash in Camden County Saturday night, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

The report states that Misty Fischer-McHugh, 55, of Altuna, Il., and Tami Roberts, 55, of Pleasant Hill, Il., were passengers in a Yamaha golf cart on Duenke Dr. at Hopetown Rd. at around 9 p.m. Saturday, when they made a sudden left turn and the golf cart flipped.

Fischer-McHugh and Roberts were taken to the hospital by ambulance. The driver of the golf cart, Danny Richardson, 55, of Pleasant Hill Il., was not hurt in the crash, according to the report.
