Lake Ozark woman seriously hurt after Miller County crash Friday evening

MILLER COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Lake Ozark woman suffered serious injuries in a crash Friday evening in Miller County, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

The report states the crash happened around 6:20 p.m. at the intersection of MO 42 and Route C.

A 2006 Chevrolet Suburban, driven by Shandi Robinett, 27, of Lake Ozark, was heading northbound on Route C when she ran a stop sign and drove into the intersection, hitting a 2005 Jeep Liberty, driven by Kody McCarty, 31, of Mountain View, who was heading east on MO 42.

Robinett hit the front left fender and door of the Jeep Liberty. Robinett was taken to Lake Regional Hospital by ambulance with serious injuries, according to the report.

McCarty was uninjured from the crash, the report states.

The Suburban was moderately damaged and the Liberty was extensively damaged, according to the report.
