The Opening Ceremony for the 2024 Paris Olympics certainly made a splash.
But whether it was good or bad largely depends on your point of view.
The ceremony has drawn praise and scorn alike for a tableau of Leonardo da Vinci's "The Last Supper" featuring drag queens and a performance by the metal band Gojira that included a headless Marie Antionette mannequin.
