One person grazed by bullet in Monday morning shooting in north Columbia

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

No one is in custody after a shooting on the 500 block of West Texas Avenue Monday morning.

Police on scene told ABC 17 News they arrived on scene on 3:36 a.m. for a shots-fired call and found one person grazed by a bullet, but their injury was not life-threatening.

Columbia Police say there is no threat to the public.

ABC 17 News crews arrived on scene around 3:50 a.m. and saw at least seven police vehicles, two ambulances and about 17 evidence markers on the ground.
