Moberly man seriously injured in Randolph County crash

RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Moberly man was seriously injured after a crash in Randolph County Tuesday evening.

The Highway Patrol reported the crash happened when Zachary Rice, 37, was traveling eastbound on Randolph County Road about three miles southeast of Moberly when his 2018 Buick Encore went off the road and hit a tree.

Rice was taken by ambulance to University Hospital with serious injuries, Troopers said.

According to the online crash report, Rice was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
