Man arrested on suspicion of DWI after Miller County crash

MILLER COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

An Eldon man was arrested Sunday morning on suspicion of driving while intoxicated after he hit an unoccupied parked car in Miller County at 119 Doyle Rd.

Nathan Terry, 18, was arrested, but taken to Lake Regional Hospital for minor injuries treatment, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol arrest report. He suffered minor injuries. Charges have yet to be filed on Casenet.

The crash occurred as Terry traveled in his 2007 Ford Mustang off the right side of the road and hit a parked 2015 Kia Optima, which went back into the road, then off again before hitting a rock bluff.

Both cars were totaled, according to the crash report.

Terry was arrested around 6 a.m. Sunday for driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right side of the road.
