Two people were injured in a rollover crash in Callaway County

CALLAWAY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A teen and a man were seriously injured in a rollover crash in Callaway County on Friday.

22-year-old Jace Burgress from Holts Summit was driving his 2018 Honda when he traveled off the right side of US 54 at Hillers Creek and overturned.

Burgress was seriously injured in the crash and was transported by Callaway EMS to University Hospital.

A teen girl traveling with him was transported to Capital Region Hospital with minor injuries.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 9:30 p.m. and both the driver and the passenger were wearing their seatbelts.
