Power back for thousands in Miller and Morgan counties

ELDON, Mo. (KMIZ) -
Lights are back on Sunday night for thousands of Ameren customers in and around the city of Eldon.
The Ameren outage map showed more than 2,000 customers without power just after 9 p.m. The largest concentration of outages were around the city of Eldon in Miller County. Just two customers had power out as of 11 p.m. Sunday night, according to the map.
Other reported outages in the areas of Barnett and Versailles in neighboring Morgan County.
An Ameren spokesperson told ABC 17 News just before 10 p.m. that they did not know what caused the outage.
