Two Kansas teens seriously injured after jet ski crash on the Lake of the Ozarks

CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Two teenagers from Kansas suffered serious injuries after a jet ski crash Friday evening on the Lake of the Ozarks.

The crash happened at the 7 mile mark of the Big Niangua at 6:23 p.m. Friday.

According to Troopers, the crash happened when a jet ski hit the side of another jet ski, ejecting both drivers into the water.

Both teens, 15 and 16-years-old were taken to Lake Regional Hospital with serious injuries.

The two were wearing life jackets at the time of the crash, Troopers said.
