Officials say no one was hurt in the shooting.

Law enforcement closed the I-70 Drive Southeast and Glenstone Dr. intersection due to the shooting investigation.

A victim told ABC 17 that it all started as another driver getting mad at him, and then the next thing he knew he was being shot at. The victim said he would go on camera but wished to remain nameless for the interview.

He said he and his friends ran for their lives.

"I was on the way to drop off one of my friends and we missed our turn I didn't realize there was a car that was right behind me."

John was on the way home with his friends, all around the age of 16 when he missed his turn.

He then went to make a u-turn on Glenstone drive to get back on track, accidentally cutting off the car behind him.

The situation then escalated to something the victim ever expected.

"He was still there and then he started rolling down the windows and we were getting shot at."

He said he tried to drive away, but his car was hit so many times it would no longer drive.

When he believed the shooters had driven away, his first instinct was to run and call for help.

"We were asking people for help and that's when we started giving calls out."

"We got out and started running."

He said the suspect's car was a tan trailblazer and the victims reportedly saw a young child in the back of the shooter's car.

Police are still searching for the suspects.
