Man arrested after shooting at Bagnell Dam Strip

LAKE OZARK, Mo. (KMIZ)

Lake Ozark Police arrested a man after he fired 12 shots into a hillside Friday afternoon in the area of 1140 Bagnell Dam Blvd.

Police responded intially to several reports, one of shots fired and the other of a man in the middle of the street causing problems and threatening passing vehicles.

Police detained a 30-year-old man and a woman.

In a press release, officials say the man resisted arrested while being taken into custody.

According to police, no one or property were struck by bullets. A hand gun was located inside the vehicle.

The man was taken to Lake Regional Hospital for evaluation and then to the Miller County Jail.
