Shots fired into home in east Columbia, no injuries reported
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
Columbia Police say shots were fired into a home on the east side of Columbia Saturday evening.
The Columbia Police Department taped off an area near the 5300 block of Godas Circle around 5:45. Officers tell us there were shell casings on the ground near the home.
Officers say no one has been arrested as of 6:40 p.m. and they are still working to identify suspects.
The investigation is now turned over to the criminal investigation unit.
Police started breaking down the scene around 6:30.
ABC17 News crews on the scene saw about 9 police cars on the scene.
