Two more men charged in downtown Columbia stabbing

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Two more men are charged in the stabbing of a man Monday night in downtown Columbia.

Mark Aungerer and Kenneth Sanders are both charged with second-degree assault.

Police say Aungerer punched the victim to the ground where Sanders, Javonta Hand and Boyce Hamilton attack the victim near 10th and Locust Streets on Monday night.

Police report that both men were found wearing the same clothes they was wearing in video.

Both were charged yesterday with second-degree assault.

According to court documents, Hamilton told officers the victim used a racial slur.

Sanders and Aungerer both have $10,000 bonds with conditions.

Police have not released the name of the man or his condition.

Aungerer has court hearings on Jan. 6 and Jan. 20.
