MSHP: One dead in Johnson County crash
CHILHOWEE, Mo. (KMIZ)
Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop A said a 61-year-old man died after a crash in Johnson County Monday afternoon.

At 2:40pm, a 61 y/o male from Chilhowee, MO, lost control on ice covered Rt. F north of Rt. BB near Centerview in Johnson Co. His 2007 Ford ran off the road, stuck a ditch & overturned. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The report indicates his seatbelt was used.
Troopers said Carl Monteer lost control of his car on an icy road. In a tweet, Troop A said the driver hit a ditch and overturned.
According to Troop A, the car went off the road on Route F north of Route BB north of Chilhowee, Mo. Authorities said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
