Columbia police responded to Xpress Liquor & Smokes on Corona road Monday night after an armed man stole an undisclosed amount of money.

Columbia police say an armed man robbed a liquor store Monday and took off with an undisclosed amount of money.

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Columbia police confirm a man stole an undisclosed amount of money from a liquor store Monday night.

Officers said it happened at 8:45 p.m. Monday at the Xpress Liquor & Smokes on Corona Road. Police say the armed man had a handgun.

CPD said no one was taken into custody. No injuries or shots fired were reported to police.
