Sunny weekend in store for Mid-Missouri

Sunny weekend in store for Mid-Missouri

SATURDAY NIGHT: Clear skies with a breeze lingering at around 5 mph. The winds will shift from the West to the South, bringing warmer air into the region for Sunday.

Sunday: Mostly sunny skies with temperatures warming to around 55 degrees by the afternoon. The wind will once again pick up throughout the day, rising to around 10-15 mph for most of the day Sunday.

EXTENDED: Headed into the work week we will be sticking in the mid to low 50's through Wednesday. Skies will not be completely clear, however, the sun will not be a stranger. Nearing the later portion of the work week, we will receive a cold front associated with an arctic air mass that will bring our temperatures back down and bring the next chance of precipitation on Thursday. This cold front will drop our temperatures to more winter-like highs in the lower 40's for the end of our work week.
