A default judgement was entered last week in favor of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office against Zechariah Hockersmith and ProCare Pools, LLC.

Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced the default judgement in a Thursday press release. The judgement was entered on Friday, according to Casenet.

The defendants were ordered to pay a total of $114,754.80, according to court records.

Bailey claimed that Procare Pools promised to provide pool installation and maintenance to homeowners and collected advanced payments on work that was not completed, according to the release.

Hockersmith and ProCare Pools are prohibited from advertising or selling pool repair or construction services in Missouri, the release states.
