The jury in a lawsuit against right-wing talk show host and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones awarded the parents of a Sandy Hook shooting victim $4 million in compensatory damages on Thursday.

The jury decision came at the end of a closely watched trial. The parents sued Jones for his comments which included assertions that Sandy Hook wasn't a real shooting. Twenty-six people were killed in the school massacre.

The family had asked for $150 million in damages. However, a chance to get more remains as a punitive phase of the trial will happen at a later date.

Should the jury have awarded the parents more money? Vote in the poll below.
