President Joe Biden spoke from the White House Tuesday about the end of the war in Afghanistan.

The final American military personnel left the country Monday after a massive evacuation mission. Pentagon officials said some U.S. citizens were left behind when the operation came to an end to meet the withdrawal deadline.
