Columbia man killed in Monroe County crash

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Columbia man died Thursday after running off the road in Monroe County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol says.

David Davidson, 43, was driving his pickup truck on Route AA about 2.5 miles from Paris, Missouri, when the truck went off the road, hit the ground and overturned, according to a patrol crash report.

Davidson was pronounced dead at the scene and taken to a Paris funeral home. He was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the crash report.
