Moberly man charged with multiple counts of harassing and stalking

A Randolph County man is charged with multiple counts of harassment and stalking after multiple reports beginning in October.

According to court documents, Jerry Fifer has allegedly repeatedly talked to the victims and accusing them of calling the police on him.

Court documents state that Fifer also would park to intentionally try and harm the victims.

Fifer would also play music intentionally loud and walk onto property uninvited according to court documents.

Fifer is charged with nine counts of 1st-degree harassment and six counts of 2nd-degree stalking.
