JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation issued a recall for more than 1,000 products from Delta Extraction, LLC., according to a press release from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.

According to the press release, products were not compliantly tracked in the statewide track and trace system, METRC, to allow the DCR to verify the products came from marijuana grown in Missouri or that the product passed required testing prior to being sold at dispensaries.

There were 1,056 items listed with the same license number (MAN000022), according to a recall list from the DHSS. Some of the products listed include gummies and cartridges.

All unused products should be discarded or returned to the dispensary where they were purchased, according to the release. Returned products will not count toward a patient’s purchase limit.
