MOUNTAIN GROVE, Mo. (KMIZ)

UPDATE: Aneesa Williams was found safe by the Sheriff's Department Saturday afternoon.

ORIGINAL:

The Douglas County Sheriff's Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol issued an Endangered Person Advisory for Aneesa Williams, a 2-month-old girl.

Williams was last seen in Mountain Grove at 11 a.m. on Friday. She is described as having fair skin, blonde hair and brown eyes.

Williams is believed to be with her mother, 32-year-old Courtney Melton, who lost custody of the baby Friday after a visit from the sheriff's department, or 53-year-old George Rader. Melton is known to have a history of drug abuse, according to the sheriff's department. Law enforcement said to look out for a white 2012 Dodge Ram with a Missouri license plate number 77H8FC.

Anyone with information should immediately call 9-1-1 or call the Douglas County Sheriff's Department at (417) 683-1020.
