Vehicle drives into home after crash in Mexico

MEXICO, Mo. (KMIZ)

Four people have been treated and released after a vehicle crashed into a Mexico, Missouri home Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened around 5:20 p.m. at the intersection of Buchanan Street and Morris Street.

According to the Mexico Public Safety Department, Steven Stockdall, 35, of Jefferson City, was driving northbound on Morris when he hit another vehicle that was stopped in the intersection.

Police said Stockdall's vehicle continued northbound until it left the road and crashed into the front of a home.

Mexico Public Safety said the home has significant structural damage damage, but did not specify a dollar amount.

Police did not release conditions for Stockdall or the the other driver, Shelby Ludovicy, 19, of Mexico.
