Boil advisory issued in Belle following multiple water line breaks

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The City of Belle in Maries County is under a boil advisory until Tuesday after three water line breaks occurred within the city.

The city clerk’s office told ABC 17 News that the advisory is in effect until Tuesday in order to give time for testing. The clerk’s office said that some residents reported not having water on Friday.

Breaks occurred in three locations around the city, including Third Street and the intersection of Taylor Avenue and Bledsoe Street.
