Two people injured in two-vehicle crash Friday morning

MILLER COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Two people were injured in a car crash involving two vehicles Friday morning in Miller County.

According to a crash report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Dakota York, 26 was driving on Martin Road just before 11 am, when his car started to slide and then flipped over. York and the passenger in his car, Grace Murray, 23 were both thrown from the car.

York's car then hit Thomas Brentt, 36 who was riding on his motorcycle as it crossed into the middle of the road.

York and Murray were taken to Lake Regional Hospital with serious injuries.

Brentt was not injured in the crash.

Troopers say neither York or Murray were wearing their seatbelts during the time of the crash.
