Mizzou to expect large crowds and traffic impacts for Saturday’s game

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Saturday is expected to be a busy day for Mizzou as they host the Georgia Bulldogs at Faurot Field.

The Tigers, will be kicking things off against the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. Large crowds and traffic impacts are anticipated for Saturday's according to Mizzou's website.

Those attending the game will need to be mindful of parking, as well as transportation.

Game attendees can use a free parking garage outlined in red that includes Turner Avenue, Conley Avenue, Hitt Street, University Avenue, and Virginia Street Garages.

Individuals can also use parking structure number seven or R, in green for a $35 cash-only fee.

If you have an RV, bus, or need handicap parking, the Truman's Landing in yellow or ADA lot in blue is both open to the public for parking fees.

GO COMO, will also provide free shuttle transportation to game goers.

According to the GO COMO schedule, downtown routes will begin service at 4 p.m. and run on a 10-minute cycle, depending on traffic.

Individuals can also track their rotues on the go como app.
