Tennessee teen hurt in Lake of the Ozarks jet ski crash

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Tennessee teenager suffered serious injuries when two jet skis collided Sunday on the Lake of the Ozarks.

The 16-year-old boy from Lebanon, Tennessee, and another teen were jumping wakes on their jet skis at the three-mile marker on the Grand Glaize Arm at about 7 p.m. Sunday, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The jet skis collided while jumping wakes, the patrol said.

The 16-year-old was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital.
