Highway patrol find a missing man’s body Monday afternoon at Lake of the Ozarks

OSAGE BEACH, Mo. (KMIZ)

Divers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol have recovered a body after a search at the Lake of the Ozarks Monday.

According to a Tweet from Troop F, divers were searching at the 20-mile marker of the lake's main channel near Osage Beach.

The Sunrise Beach Fire Protection District said in a Facebook post late Sunday that searchers were looking for a missing swimmer in the same area.

Officials report finding the body of 21-year-old Sean Jouglard. According to the drowning incident, Jouglard left the boat to go swimming but did not re-surface.
