JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Cole County ambulance hit a school bus stop sign Friday in Jefferson City, Cole County EMS wrote on its social media.

No injuries were reported and the bodies of each vehicle did not touch, the post says. Cole County EMS wrote that dashcam video allegedly showed as the ambulance slow down at a red light, the bus’ “Stop” arm extended as the ambulance approached the stop line at the corner of McCart and Lafayette streets.

A mirror of the ambulance hit the stop sign, the post says. The post says that Jefferson City police investigated and determined no traffic violations were made and the ambulance did not violate any traffic laws.
