No injuries reported in Jefferson City garage fire

No injuries were reported in a garage fire Monday evening in the 100 block of North Polk Street in Jefferson City, according to an email from the Jefferson City Fire Department.

JEFFERSIN CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

No injuries were reported in a garage fire Monday evening in the 100 block of North Polk Street in Jefferson City, according to an email from the Jefferson City Fire Department.

Firefighters found heavy fire from the front and roof of a detached garage, the email says. The garage had significant damage, according to the email and photos sent by JCFD.

JCFD wrote that the fire was ruled accidental. No one was displaced by the fire.
