Woman dies after Jefferson City crash
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)
Jefferson City police say an Osage County woman died at a hospital after she crashed Tuesday night.
The crash happened at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at Highway 50/63 and Monroe Street, the Jefferson City Police Department said in a news release. Danielle Kilgore, 46, of Loose Creek, went off the highway in her westbound Toyota Solara and hit the traffic signal at the Monroe Street intersection, police say.
An ambulance took Kilgore to Capital Region Medical Center, where she later died.
Traffic was restricted during the crash investigation, police said.
