Road closures announced in Jefferson City

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A pair of road closures was announced Tuesday by the Jefferson City Department of Public Works in two press releases.

The 100 block of Dix Road will be closed Wednesday from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. for a new water service installation, according to one of the releases.

According to another release, the 1100 block of East McCarty Street will also be closed from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Thursday for a new water service installation.

The release states that flagmen will be on sight to help with traffic.
