Jefferson City man hurt in Thursday crash

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Jefferson City man was hurt Thursday in a three-car crash on Dunklin Street.

Douglas O. Wright III, 48, suffered moderate injuries when his SUV rear-ended a pickup truck on Dunklin Street near Adams Street, Jefferson City police said in a news release. The force of the collision pushed the pickup truck into the car in front of it, police say.

Wright was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Traffic was restricted on Dunklin while police investigated.
