QUESTION OF THE DAY: Should outside countries intervene militarily in Ukraine?

Some have called for NATO, the United States and the European Union to pit their troops against President Vladimir Putin's Russian invasion force in Ukraine.

Many cite civilian casualties, which reportedly are at least in the hundreds.

However, those against military intervention in a war with a nuclear power such as Russia warn that it could start World War III.
