WHAT’S GOING AROUND: More cases of the flu in Mid-Missouri

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Doctors around the country continue to treat more cases of the flu.

Broadway Urgent Care told ABC 17 News that its doctors have treated several recent cases of Influenza Types A and B.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said about 6.4 million cases of the flu have been reported in the US. The government agency said the majority of cases reported this flu season are type B.
