HALLSVILLE, Mo. (KMIZ)

Prosecutors charged a Hallsville woman accused of threatening a juvenile at a school.

New court documents show police arrested Amanda Davenport last Thursday.

The officer was already at the school investigating a possible assault between two students, one being Davenport's child.

Davenport is accused of saying she was going to kill the other student. She was immediately escorted out of the school, but documents said it could have caused the school to go on lockdown.

As part of her bond, she is not allowed within 1,000 feet of school property or the alleged victim.
