Fulton man charged with child sexual assault after alleged incidents from 2017 to 2019
FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Fulton man is being accused of a touching a victim inapproripately over several years according to court documents.
Kyle Moser allegedly touched the victim's chest back in 2017 when the victim was 11.
From Jan. 2018 to May 2018, Moser allegedly touched the victim's chest again and then watched the victim get dressed according to the court documents.
In Jan. 2019 through May 2019, the victim says Moser touched her vagina after she fell asleep.
Moser claims in a Miranda interview last Thursday that he never touched the victim and "does not know why these allegations are being made" but wasn't able to provide any reason not to believe the victim according to court documents.
Moser is charged with statutory sodomy, 3rd-degree child molestation and 2nd-degree child molestation aggravated sexual offense.
