ASHLAND, Mo. (KMIZ)

No one was hurt in a mobile-home fire Tuesday morning in Ashland.

The Southern Boone County Fire Protection District was called to a fire at 8:58 a.m. on Dee Woods Road.

Fire officials told ABC 17 News the fire was called in by a neighbor. Officials said the owner was not home at the time and no one was inside.

The mobile home is considered a total loss and the cause of fire is under investigation.
