Fire in central Columbia leaves home with extensive damage

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Columbia Fire Department put out a house fire on Rosemary Lane early Monday morning.

Firefighters responded to the 1500 block of Rosemary Lane shortly before 2:20 a.m. Monday. When crews arrived at the scene, smoke was coming from the front and right sides of the home.

Fire officials told ABC 17 News that everyone inside the home was able to get out safely.

The home suffered extensive damage.
