Columbia Board of Education approves $292 million budget

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Columbia Board of Education on Monday night unanimously approved its $292 million for next school year.

The budget features $16 million more to go toward teacher salaries.

The district ended this past school year with a $10 million budget surplus.
