The Columbia Board of Education voted Monday to change the district's coronavirus quarantine rules, in addition to eliminating a mask mandate after winter break.

Students exposed to coronavirus will no longer have to stay out of school. Instead, only those who test positive for the virus or have symptoms will have to stay out of class.
