Eldon man charged with sex crimes against a child

ELDON, Mo. (KMIZ)

An Eldon man faces sex crime charges after a nearly two-week investigation into the alleged crimes.

A Miller County prosecutor has charged David Sadowski with statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy - deviate sexual intercourse and incest.

According to a probable cause statement, a detective was notified of a possible sexual assault on April 22 after an interview by Kids Harbor.

The victim told investigators that Sadowski in early April would come in to wake her up by putting his hands down her bra and grabbing her ribs. He then later touched her again.

The victim then told detectives that Sadowski would sexually assault her on mornings when her mother had already left for work.

Online court records indicate an arrest warrant has been issued for Sadowski.

Timothy Cisar is listed as Sadowski's defense attorney according to court records.

According to the probable cause statement, Sadowski has a lengthy criminal history in the state of Missouri and has been convicted of physical abuse in Miller County.
