Family friend accused of sexual assault in July 2020
COLE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Cole County Sheriff's office probable cause statment reports a woman allegedly was sexual assaulted in July 2020 by a family friend.
According to court documents, the victim told deputies she was asleep in her vehicle but woke up to find Michael Paddock assaulting her in the driver seat.
The victim told deputies the suspect was a friend of her fathers and usually clean around the building in the probable cause statment.
In the statement, the nurse conducting the sexual assault kit found abrasions inside the victim. The victim's clothes were also taken and sent to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crime lab for DNA testing.
