No arrests made after armed robbery in Moberly

The Moberly Police Department is looking for a suspect after an armed robbery Saturday Morning.

The department said in a release it received a 911 call of an armed robbery at the Check into Cash on the 1000 block of North Morley Street around 10:15 on Saturday Morning.

Officers say a man walked into the business and displayed a handgun and demanded money. The man ran away with undisclosed amount of cash.

There was one employee and a customer inside the store who were not injured.

The department says witnesses say and surveillance video shows the man is a tall white male, medium build, wearing dark colored clothing and a partial covering over his face.

Moberly Police is asking anyone with information to contact the department at 660-263-0346 or the Moberly Crime line 660-269-TIPS.

Any residents in that area that possibly have surveillance cameras are also asked to check their footage and contact the department if they see anything that could be related to this investigation.
