The shooters in this town are getting younger and younger. The victim has a criminal record too:
From 2019 KMIZ reporting: Police arrested Jermaine Spain, 17, of Columbia, and prosecutors charged him with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action. Investigators said in a probable cause statement that Spain was one of four people who took a cellphone, wallet and cash at gunpoint from the victim during what was supposed to be a rendezvous to buy a PlayStation 4 on Elm Grove Drive.
Judge sentenced him to 3 years in DOC on 1/21/2020. Why was he out?
